「輕旅行」 - 西班牙 「Light Travel」- Spain Vol.II.

有趣的事,西班牙人似乎有種天性,能在任何地方找到屬於他們的娛樂方式,無論身在嘈雜的都市,或在偏遠的小村莊。夏日的傍晚,伴隨著習習涼風,當你漫步在巴塞羅那, 或閒晃在不知名的小海島上,都會發現,在古城的石牆下,在狹窄古老的街道裡,空中總會迴盪著清幽的樂聲,像是古典吉他的聲音,緩慢而又略憂傷。而神奇的是,這種閒逸的氣氛到了晚些時候,便會消失殆盡。西班牙人的晚飯開始的稍晚,卻豐富異常。當地人三兩相聚,點一杯啤酒或是Sangria,佐幾盤Tapas,就這樣度過一晚。聽起來似乎不怎麼稀奇,但在他們樂觀的天性下,尋常的嘮嗑也變得熱鬧起來。年輕人們精力旺盛,晚飯的相聚並不能滿足他們荷爾蒙的需求,午夜的酒吧才是他們的歸宿。於是,能填飽他們年輕的胃的tapas便顯得更加重要了。Tapas在西班牙文裡的意思是覆蓋/蓋子,在菜單上多被譯為小菜,可做前菜也可作佐酒零食。傳統的tapas都會盛在棕紅色的陶瓷容器(terracotta dishes)內,種類繁多,常見的有醃橄欖、章魚焗薯片、炸芝士球、小魚乾等,但也不乏像黑毛豬火腿配芝士片這樣做法稍複雜的菜式。

這一個國家裡,每個人都有屬於自己的美食和佳釀,每個人都可以找到自己的心頭愛,等級,階層,這些區分人的方式,在美食面前,也就不足一提了。除卻數不勝數的tapas,sangria也是種類繁多。Sangria,俗稱水果酒,可由紅酒或香檳為底酒製成,製作時加入多種烈酒和果汁,在飲用時才才加入新鮮水果。在當地人的世界裡,有一種sangria裡的“碗仔翅” -窮人的sangria。無錢消受的窮人們自然也有自己的享受,他們把檸檬汁加入紅酒內製成他們的sangria,還給它起了一個好聽的名字-夏日之酒。

There is an interesting fact that the Spanish seem to have a nature - they can find their own way of entertainment in any places, regardless of being in a noisy city, or in small remote villages. In the evening of Summer, when you are wandering in Barcelona or hanging around on a small island accompanied by a gentle breeze, it is not hard to notice a slow and sorrow voice singing in the air. It is the melody from classical guitar, hidden in the ancient stone wall, flowing over the narrow streets of old town. Interestingly, this calm and easy atmosphere does not last long. At nightfall, it will vanish. Spanish people start dinner quite late. However, for them, every dinner could be a feast. We can see two or three local spend a night chatting together, enjoying a beer or a jar of sangria with few plates of tapas. This sounds very ordinary. but their optimistic attitude toward everything light up those ordinary nights. The young are energetic, simply dining together could not meet their needs, then midnight bar is where they expend their excessive energy. Hence, tapas play an important role in sating their orexis. Tapas means cover / Lid in Spanish. On the menu, tapas are a wide variety of starters and snacks. Traditional tapas will be served in Terracotta. The most common tapas are marinated olives, grilled octopus on potatoes, croquette, anchovies, Iberico ham with cheese slices and so on.

In this country, everyone can find food or drink they like. In front of delicious food, everyone is equal. Class, social power, those hierarchy does not exist, when we are enjoying the feast. 

Besides the countless tapas, sangria also has a wide variety. Sangria, is an alcoholic beverage, using red wine or champagne as the base. It consists of multiple liquor and juice, chopped fresh fruit. Only local know and enjoy a cheaper “Sangria”, they add lemon juice into red wine. It got a pretty name - “Tinto de Verano”, which means wine of summer.
